RESUMO

This article proposes a dimensionality reduction approach to study the output regulation problem (ORP) of Boolean control networks (BCNs), which has much lower computational complexity than previous results. First, an auxiliary system which is much smaller in scale than the augmented system in previous approach is constructed. By analyzing the set stabilization of the auxiliary system as well as the original BCN, a necessary and sufficient condition to detect the solvability of the ORP is presented. Second, a method to design the state feedback controls for the ORP is proposed. Finally, two biological examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of the obtained new results.

In addition to the acute lethal toxicity, insecticides might affect population dynamics of insect pests by inducing life history trait changes under low concentrations, however, the underlying mechanisms remain not well understood. Here we examined systemic impacts on development and reproduction caused by low concentration exposures to cyantraniliprole in the fall armyworm (FAW), Spodoptera frugiperda, and the putative underlying mechanisms were investigated. The results showed that exposure of third-instar larvae to LC10 and LC30 of cyantraniliprole significantly extended larvae duration by 1.46 and 5.41 days, respectively. Treatment with LC30 of cyantraniliprole significantly decreased the pupae weight and pupation rate as well as the longevity, fecundity and egg hatchability of female adults. Consistently, we found that exposure of FAW to LC30 cyantraniliprole downregulated the mRNA expression of four ecdysteroid biosynthesis genes including SfNobo, SfShd, SfSpo and SfDib and one ecdysone response gene SfE75 in the larvae as well as the gene encoding vitellogenin (SfVg) in the female adults. We also found that treatment with LC30 of cyantraniliprole significantly decreased the whole body levels of glucose, trehalose, glycogen and triglyceride in the larvae. Our results indicate that low concentration of cyantraniliprole inhibited FAW development by disruption of ecdysteroid biosynthesis as well as carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, which have applied implications for the control of FAW.

Pak choi exhibits a diverse color range and serves as a rich source of flavonoids and terpenoids. However, the mechanisms underlying the heterosis and coordinated regulation of these compounds-particularly isorhamnetin-remain unclear. This study involved three hybrid combinations and the detection of 528 metabolites from all combinations, including 26 flavonoids and 88 terpenoids, through untargeted metabolomics. Analysis of differential metabolites indicated that the heterosis for the flavonoid and terpenoid contents was parent-dependent, and positive heterosis was observed for isorhamnetin in the two hybrid combinations (SZQ, 002 and HMG, ZMG). Moreover, there was a high transcription level of flavone 3'-O-methyltransferase, which is involved in isorhamnetin biosynthesis. The third group was considered the ideal hybrid combination for investigating the heterosis of flavonoid and terpenoid contents. Transcriptome analysis identified a total of 12,652 DEGs (TPM > 1) in various groups that were used for comparison, and DEGs encoding enzymes involved in various categories, including "carotenoid bio-synthesis" and "anthocyanin biosynthesis", were enriched in the hybrid combination (SZQ, 002). Moreover, the category of anthocyanin biosynthesis also was enriched in the hybrid combination (HMG, ZMG). The flavonoid pathway demonstrated more differential metabolites than the terpenoid pathway did. The WGCNA demonstrated notable positive correlations between the dark-green modules and many flavonoids and terpenoids. Moreover, there were 23 ERF genes in the co-expression network (r ≥ 0.90 and p < 0.05). Thus, ERF genes may play a significant role in regulating flavonoid and terpenoid biosynthesis. These findings enhance our understanding of the heterosis and coordinated regulation of flavonoid and terpenoid biosynthesis in pak choi, offering insights for genomics-based breeding improvements.

Early diagnosis of subcortical vascular mild cognitive impairment (svMCI) is clinically essential because it is the most reversible subtype of all cognitive impairments. Since structural alterations of hippocampal sub-regions have been well studied in neurodegenerative diseases with pathophysiological cognitive impairments, we were eager to determine whether there is a selective vulnerability of hippocampal sub-fields in patients with svMCI. Our study included 34 svMCI patients and 34 normal controls (NCs), with analysis of T1 images and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores. Gray matter volume (GMV) of hippocampal sub-regions was quantified and compared between the groups, adjusting for age, sex, and education. Additionally, we explored correlations between altered GMV in hippocampal sub-fields and MoCA scores in svMCI patients. Patients with svMCI exhibited selectively reduced GMV in several left hippocampal sub-regions, such as the hippocampal tail, hippocampal fissure, CA1 head, ML-HP head, CA4 head, and CA3 head, as well as decreased GMV in the right hippocampal tail. Specifically, GMV in the left CA3 head was inversely correlated with MoCA scores in svMCI patients. Our findings indicate that the atrophy pattern of patients with svMCI was predominantly located in the left hippocampal sub-regions. The left CA3 might be a crucial area underlying the distinct pathophysiological mechanisms of cognitive impairments with subcortical vascular origins.

Within the tensor singular value decomposition (T-SVD) framework, existing robust low-rank tensor completion approaches have made great achievements in various areas of science and engineering. Nevertheless, these methods involve the T-SVD based low-rank approximation, which suffers from high computational costs when dealing with large-scale tensor data. Moreover, most of them are only applicable to third-order tensors. Against these issues, in this article, two efficient low-rank tensor approximation approaches fusing random projection techniques are first devised under the order-d ( d ≥ 3 ) T-SVD framework. Theoretical results on error bounds for the proposed randomized algorithms are provided. On this basis, we then further investigate the robust high-order tensor completion problem, in which a double nonconvex model along with its corresponding fast optimization algorithms with convergence guarantees are developed. Experimental results on large-scale synthetic and real tensor data illustrate that the proposed method outperforms other state-of-the-art approaches in terms of both computational efficiency and estimated precision.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Therapeutic arteriogenesis is a promising direction for the treatment of ischemic disease caused by atherosclerosis. However, pharmacological or biological approaches to stimulate functional collateral vessels are not yet available. Identifying new drug targets to promote and explore the underlying mechanisms for therapeutic arteriogenesis is necessary. METHODS: Peptide OM-LV20 (20 ng/kg) was administered for 7 consecutive days on rat hindlimb ischemia model, collateral vessel growth was assessed by H&E staining, liquid latex perfusion, and specific immunofluorescence. In vitro, we detected the effect of OM-LV20 on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) proliferation and migration. After transfection, we performed quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, in situ-hybridization and dual luciferase reporters to assessed effective miRNAs and target genes. The proteins related to downstream signaling pathways were detected by Western blot. RESULTS: OM-LV20 significantly increased visible collateral vessels and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), together with enhanced inflammation cytokine and monocytes/macrophage infiltration in collateral vessels. In vitro, we defined a novel microRNA (miR-29b-3p), and its inhibition enhanced proliferation and migration of HUVEC, as well as the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA). OM-LV20 also promoted migration and proliferation of HUVEC, and VEGFA expression was mediated via inhibition of miR-29b-3p. Furthermore, OM-LV20 influenced the protein levels of VEGFR2 and phosphatidylinositol3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT and eNOS in vitro and invivo. CONCLUSIONS: Our data indicated that OM-LV20 enhanced arteriogenesis via the miR-29b-3p/VEGFA/VEGFR2-PI3K/AKT/eNOS axis, and highlighte the application potential of exogenous peptide molecular probes through miRNA, which could promote effective therapeutic arteriogenesis in ischemic conditions.

Somatic cell totipotency in plant regeneration represents the forefront of the compelling scientific puzzles and one of the most challenging problems in biology. How somatic embryogenic competence is achieved in regeneration remains elusive. Here, we discover uncharacterized organelle-based embryogenic differentiation processes of intracellular acquisition and intercellular transformation, and demonstrate the underlying regulatory system of somatic embryogenesis-associated lipid transfer protein (SELTP) and its interactor calmodulin1 (CAM1) in cotton as the pioneer crop for biotechnology application. The synergistic CAM1 and SELTP exhibit consistent dynamical amyloplast-plasmodesmata (PD) localization patterns but show opposite functional effects. CAM1 inhibits the effect of SELTP to regulate embryogenic differentiation for plant regeneration. It is noteworthy that callus grafting assay reflects intercellular trafficking of CAM1 through PD for embryogenic transformation. This work originally provides insight into the mechanisms responsible for embryogenic competence acquisition and transformation mediated by the Ca2+/CAM1-SELTP regulatory pathway, suggesting a principle for plant regeneration and cell/genetic engineering.

Maize rough dwarf disease (MRDD) caused by pathogenic viruses in the genus Fijivirus in the family Reoviridae is one of the most destructive diseases in maize. The pyramiding of effective resistance genes into maize varieties is a potential approach to reduce the damage resulting from the disease. Two major quantitative trait loci (QTLs) (qMrdd2 and qMrdd8) have been previously identified. The resistance genes ZmGLK36 and ZmGDIα-hel have also been cloned with the functional markers Indel-26 and IDP25K, respectively. In this study, ZmGLK36 and ZmGDIα-hel were introgressed to improve MRDD resistance of maize lines (Zheng58, Chang7-2, B73, Mo17, and their derived hybrids Zhengdan958 and B73 × Mo17) via marker-assisted selection (MAS). The converted lines and their derived hybrids, carrying one or two genes, were evaluated for MRDD resistance using artificial inoculation methods. The double-gene pyramiding lines and their derived hybrids exhibited increased resistance to MRDD compared to the monogenic lines and the respective hybrids. The genetic backgrounds of the converted lines were highly similar (90.85-98.58%) to the recurrent parents. In addition, agronomic trait evaluation demonstrated that pyramiding lines with one or two genes and their derived hybrids were not significantly different from the recurrent parents and their hybrids under nonpathogenic stress, including period traits (tasseling, pollen shedding, and silking), yield traits (ear length, grain weight per ear and 100-kernel weight) and quality traits (protein and starch content). There were differences in plant architecture traits between the improved lines and their hybrids. This study illustrated the successful development of gene pyramiding for improving MRDD resistance by advancing the breeding process. Objective: Nasopharyngeal melanoma is a rare mucosal malignant melanoma with high recurrence rate, metastasis rate and vascular invasion rate. In this paper, we report a case of primary nasopharyngeal mucosal melanoma. Methods: A case of primary nasopharyngeal mucosal melanoma was reported, and its clinical symptoms, pathological characteristics, treatment and follow-up were described in detail. Results: This report describes a 59-year-old male patient with persistent nasal congestion and suspected malignant nasopharyngeal neoplasm. Patients receive surgical resection and adjuvant radiotherapy after complete resection. Imaging studies showed no tissue invasion or lymph node metastases. The results of immunohistochemistry were Melan-A(+), HMB45(+), and S100(+). The final diagnosis was malignant nasopharyngeal melanoma. After 2 years of follow-up, the prognosis was good, and there was no metastasis or recurrence. Discussion: Nasopharyngeal melanoma is a rare malignancy with a poor prognosis, and surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment. Postoperative adjuvant therapy can improve the rate of local control of lesions. Early diagnosis and thorough examination are extremely important for the patient's prognosis.

OBJECTIVES: To examine different trajectories of cognitive changes in elderly adults and explore the mediating role of depressive symptoms. DESIGN: A 7-year, community-based, prospective cohort study. SETTING: The downtown neighborhood of Shanghai, China. PARTICIPANTS: A cohort of 394 older adults, with an average age of 71.8 years, was recruited in 2015 and has been reassessed every two years until 2021. METHODS: Latent Class Growth Analysis was used to model aging trajectories and Linear Mixed-Effect Models for Repeated Measures were used to estimate the least squares mean changes of cognition between subjects with depression (DEP+) and without (DEP-) across all visits. RESULTS: Three cognitive trajectories were identified: the "successful aging" (SA) trajectory had the best and most consistent performance (n=229, 55.9%); the "normal aging" (NA) trajectory showed lower but stable cognition (n=141, 37.3%); while the "cognitive decline" (CD) trajectory displayed poor and declining cognition (n=24, 6.8%). Depressive symptoms were found to be influential across all trajectories. In the CD trajectory, the MoCA scores of the DEP+ group increased in within-group comparisons and were significantly higher than those of the DEP- group at visits 1 and 3 in between-group comparisons. A similar trend was observed in the NA trajectory, though it did not reach statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: Our research suggests that mild and decreasing depressive symptoms can be a reversible factor that might slow down the irreversible cognitive decline in the elderly. Therefore, we suggest that even mild depressive symptoms in the elderly should be monitored and detected.

BACKGROUND: Adequate cough or exsufflation flow can indicate an option for safe tracheostomy decannulation to noninvasive management. Cough peak flow via the upper airways with the tube capped is an outcome predictor for decannulation readiness in patients with neuromuscular impairment. However, this threshold value is typically measured with tracheotomy tube removed, which is not acceptable culturally in China. The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility and safety of using cough flow measured with tracheostomy tube and speaking valve (CFSV) > 100 L/min as a cutoff value for decannulation. STUDY DESIGN: Prospective observational study conducted between January 2019 and September 2022 in a tertiary rehabilitation hospital. METHODS: Patients with prolonged tracheostomy tube placement were referred for screening. Each patient was assessed using a standardized tracheostomy decannulation protocol, in which CFSV greater than 100 L/min indicated that the patients' cough ability was sufficient for decannulation. Patients whose CFSV matched the threshold value and other protocol criteria were decannulated, and the reintubation and mortality rates were followed-up for 6 months. RESULTS: A total of 218 patients were screened and 193 patients were included. A total of 105 patients underwent decannulation, 103 patients were decannulated successfully, and 2 patients decannulated failure, required reinsertion of the tracheostomy tube within 48 h (failure rate 1.9%). Three patients required reinsertion or translaryngeal intubation within 6 months. CONCLUSIONS: CFSV greater than 100 L/min could be a reliable threshold value for successful decannulation in patients with various primary diseases with a tracheostomy tube. BACKGROUND: The immunocompetence handicap hypothesis suggests that males with a higher testosterone level should be better at developing male secondary traits, but at a cost of suppressed immune performance. As a result, we should expect that males with an increased testosterone level also possess a higher parasite load. However, previous empirical studies aimed to test this prediction have generated mixed results. Meanwhile, the effect of testosterone level on parasite load in female hosts remains poorly known. METHODS: In this study, we tested this prediction by manipulating testosterone level in Daurian ground squirrels (Spermophilus dauricus), a medium-sized rodent widely distributed in northeast Asia. S. dauricus is an important host of ticks and fleas and often viewed as a considerable reservoir of plague. Live-trapped S. dauricus were injected with either tea oil (control group) or testosterone (treatment group) and then released. A total of 10 days later, the rodents were recaptured and checked for ectoparasites. Fecal samples were also collected to measure testosterone level of each individual. RESULTS: We found that testosterone manipulation and sex of hosts interacted to affect tick load. At the end of the experiment, male squirrels subjected to testosterone implantation had an averagely higher tick load than males from the control group. However, this pattern was not found in females. Moreover, testosterone manipulation did not significantly affect flea load in S. dauricus. CONCLUSIONS: Our results only lent limited support for the immunocompetence handicap hypothesis, suggesting that the role of testosterone on regulating parasite load is relatively complex, and may largely depend on parasite type and gender of hosts.

Introduction: We aimed to investigate risk factors for early postoperative recurrence in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and determine the effect of surgical methods on early recurrence to facilitate predicting the risk of early postoperative recurrence in such patients and the selection of appropriate treatment methods. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed clinical data concerning 428 patients with HCC who had undergone radical surgery at Mianyang Central Hospital between January 2015 and August 2022. Relevant routine preoperative auxiliary examinations and regular postoperative telephone or outpatient follow-ups were performed to identify early postoperative recurrence. Risk factors were screened, and predictive models were constructed, including patients' preoperative ancillary tests, intra- and postoperative complications, and pathology tests in relation to early recurrence. The risk of recurrence was estimated for each patient based on a prediction model, and patients were categorized into low- and high-risk recurrence groups. The effect of anatomical liver resection (AR) on early postoperative recurrence in patients with HCC in the two groups was assessed using survival analysis. Results: In total, 353 study patients were included. Multifactorial logistic regression analysis findings suggested that tumor diameter (≥5/<5 cm, odds ratio [OR] 2.357, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.368-4.059; P = 0.002), alpha fetoprotein (≥400/<400 ng/L, OR 2.525, 95% CI 1.334-4.780; P = 0.004), tumor number (≥2/<2, OR 2.213, 95% CI 1.147-4.270; P = 0.018), microvascular invasion (positive/negative, OR 3.230, 95% CI 1.880-5.551; P < 0.001), vascular invasion (positive/negative, OR 4.472, 95% CI 1.395-14.332; P = 0.012), and alkaline phosphatase level (>125/≤125 U/L, OR 2.202, 95% CI 1.162-4.173; P = 0.016) were risk factors for early recurrence following radical HCC surgery. Model validation and evaluation showed that the area under the curve was 0.813. Hosmer-Lemeshow test results (X 2 = 1.225, P = 0.996 > 0.05), results from bootstrap self-replicated sampling of 1,000 samples, and decision curve analysis showed that the model also discriminated well, with potentially good clinical utility. Using this model, patients were stratified into low- and high-risk recurrence groups. One-year disease-free survival was compared between the two groups with different surgical approaches. Both groups benefited from AR in terms of prevention of early postoperative recurrence, with AR benefits being more pronounced and intraoperative bleeding less likely in the high-risk recurrence group. Discussion: With appropriate surgical techniques and with tumors being realistically amenable to R0 resection, AR is a potentially useful surgical procedure for preventing early recurrence after radical surgery in patients with HCC.

Background: Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) poses significant challenges due to limited effective treatments and high recurrence rates. Immunotherapy, a promising approach, faces obstacles in HCC patients due to T-cell exhaustion and immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. Methods: Using doxorubicin-loaded tumor-derived microparticles (Dox-TMPs), the mice with H22 ascites model and subcutaneous tumors model were treated. Following the treatment, mice were re-challenged with H22 cells to compare the therapeutic effects and recurrence among different groups of mice, alongside examining the changes in the proportions of immune cells within the tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, Dox-TMPs were combined with anti-PD-1 to further validate their anti-tumor efficacy. In vitro studies using various liver cancer cell lines were conducted to verify the tumor-killing effects of Dox-TMPs. Additionally, CD8+ T cells from the abdominal cavity of tumor-free mice were co-cultured with H22 cells to confirm their specific tumor-killing abilities. Results: Dox-TMPs demonstrate effective anti-tumor effects both in vitro and in vivo. In vivo, their effectiveness primarily involves enhancing CD8+ T cell infiltration, alleviating T cell immunosuppression, and improving the immune microenvironment to combat tumors. When used in combination with anti-PD-1, their anti-tumor effects are further enhanced. Moreover, some mice treated with Dox-TMPs developed anti-tumor immunity, displaying a self-specific T-cell immune response upon re-challenged with tumor cells. This suggests that Dox-TMPs also have the potential to act as a long-term immune response against tumor recurrence, indicating their capability as a tumor vaccine. Conclusion: Dox-TMPs exhibit a dual role in liver cancer by regulating T cells within the tumor microenvironment, functioning both as an anti-tumor agent and a potential tumor vaccine.

The lepidopteran-specific RNAi efficiency-related nuclease (REase) has been shown to contribute to double-strand RNA (dsRNA) degradation in several lepidopteran insects. However, little is known about its regulatory mechanism. In this study, we identified and characterized SfREase in Spodoptera frugiperda. The exposure of the third-instar larvae to dsEGFP and high temperature led to the upregulation of SfREase, whereas starvation treatment resulted in the downregulation of SfREase. Further experiments revealed that dsRNA degraded more slowly in the hemolymph or midgut fluid extracted from dsSfREase-injected or dsSfREase-ingested larvae compared with those from dsEGFP-treated larvae, and the recombinant SfREase degraded dsRNA in a concentration-dependent manner. Additionally, the knockdown of SfREase improved RNAi efficiency. Finally, both RNAi and dual-luciferase reporter assay in Sf9 cells revealed that SfREase is negatively regulated by FOXO. These data provide insights into the function and regulatory mechanism of REase and have applied implications for the development of an RNAi-based control strategy of S. frugiperda.

Physical exercise is known to reduce anxiety, but the underlying brain mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we explore a hypothalamo-cerebello-amygdalar circuit that may mediate motor-dependent alleviation of anxiety. This three-neuron loop, in which the cerebellar dentate nucleus takes center stage, bridges the motor system with the emotional system. Subjecting animals to a constant rotarod engages glutamatergic cerebellar dentate neurons that drive PKCδ+ amygdalar neurons to elicit an anxiolytic effect. Moreover, challenging animals on an accelerated rather than a constant rotarod engages hypothalamic neurons that provide a superimposed anxiolytic effect via an orexinergic projection to the dentate neurons that activate the amygdala. Our findings reveal a cerebello-limbic pathway that may contribute to motor-triggered alleviation of anxiety and that may be optimally exploited during challenging physical exercise.

Unravelling biosphere feedback mechanisms is crucial for predicting the impacts of global warming. Soil priming, an effect of fresh plant-derived carbon (C) on native soil organic carbon (SOC) decomposition, is a key feedback mechanism that could release large amounts of soil C into the atmosphere. However, the impacts of climate warming on soil priming remain elusive. Here, we show that experimental warming accelerates soil priming by 12.7% in a temperate grassland. Warming alters bacterial communities, with 38% of unique active phylotypes detected under warming. The functional genes essential for soil C decomposition are also stimulated, which could be linked to priming effects. We incorporate lab-derived information into an ecosystem model showing that model parameter uncertainty can be reduced by 32-37%. Model simulations from 2010 to 2016 indicate an increase in soil C decomposition under warming, with a 9.1% rise in priming-induced CO2 emissions. If our findings can be generalized to other ecosystems over an extended period of time, soil priming could play an important role in terrestrial C cycle feedbacks and climate change.

The rapid development of nuclear energy posed a great threat to the environment and human health. Herein, two hydroxyl-functionalized hyper-crosslinked polymers (PIHCP-1 and PIHCP-2) containing different electron active sites have been synthesized via Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of the polyimides. The resulting polymers showed a micro/mesoporous morphology and good thermal and chemical stability. Rely on the high porosity and multi-active sites, the PIHCPs show an ultrahigh iodine uptake capacity reached 6.73 g g-1 and the iodine removal efficiency from aqueous solution also reaches 99.7%. Kinetic analysis demonstrates that the iodine adsorption on PIHCPs was happened on the heterogeneous surfaces in the form of multilayer chemisorption. Electrostatic potential (ESP) calculation proves the great contribution of hydroxyl groups on the iodine capture performance. In addition, the iodine capture efficiency of both adsorbents can be maintained over 91% after four cyclic experiments which ensures their good recyclability for further practical applications.

BACKGROUND: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is known for abnormal lipid metabolism and widespread activation of HIF-2α. Recently, the importance of autophagy in ccRCC has been focused, and it has potential connections with HIF-2α and lipid metabolism. However, the specific regulatory mechanism between HIF-2α, autophagy, and lipid metabolism in ccRCC is still unclear. METHODS: In this study, Bioinformatics Analysis and Sequencing of the whole transcriptome were used to screen our target. The expression of TBC1D5 in renal clear cell carcinoma was confirmed by database analysis, immunohistochemistry, PCR and Western blot. The effects of TBC1D5 on tumor cell growth, migration, invasion and lipid metabolism were examined by CCK8, Transwell and oil red staining, and the mechanism of TBC1D5 on autophagy was investigated by Western blot, fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy. Chloroquine and rapamycin were used to verified the key role of autophagy in effects of TBC1D5 on tumor cell. The regulatory mechanism of TBC1D5 in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC) was investigated by shhif-2α, shTBC1D5, mimic, inhibitor, ChIP and Luciferase experiments. The animal model of ccRCC was used to evaluate the biological function of TBC1D5 in vivo. RESULTS: In this study, TBC1D5 was found to be an important bridge between autophagy and HIF-2α. Specifically, TBC1D5 is significantly underexpressed in ccRCC, serving as a tumor suppressor which inhibits tumor progression and lipid accumulation, and is negatively regulated by HIF-2α. Further research has found that TBC1D5 regulates the autophagy pathway to reverse the biological function of HIF-2α in ccRCC. Mechanism studies have shown that HIF-2α regulates TBC1D5 through hsa-miR-7-5p in ccRCC, thereby affecting tumor progression and lipid metabolism through autophagy. CONCLUSIONS: Our research reveals a completely new pathway, HIF-2α/hsa-miR-7-5p/TBC1D5 pathway affects ccRCC progression and lipid metabolism by regulating autophagy.
